This is, to some extent, an escapist project, work on which continues during the war of russia against Ukraine, at a time when almost all artistic plots are permeated by war.
Drawing landscapes from the labels of mineral waters of Transcarpathia refers not only to the relative peace in this region of Ukraine, but also to the loss of a significant part of the natural landscape and fauna of the North, East and South of the country.
The virtual world of mineral water labels transports us to an idyllic pre-war state, and the tension appears along with the realization that Ukrainian nature continues to be destroyed by russian war missiles and risks continuing its existence only in various images.
Concrete drawings of landscapes have a horizontal, which, unlike the vertical, still cannot provide absolute peace.
